Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintenance of revenue cycle related functionality within CareTend and Waystar
• Manage RCM related Help Desk tickets
• Develop controls and manage access to payer web portals.
• Oversee payer enrollments for ACH payments and electronic remit feeds.
• Oversee payer enrollments within Waystar
• Specify users and user access levels for Waystar
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Associate Degree Preferred
• CareTend, CPR , or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in the home infusion industry required
