Founded in 2017, Vitae Health Systems is one of the largest providers of behavioral health, internal medicine and podiatry services to the adult and geriatric residents of Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. Headquartered in Chicago, IL, we currently operate in over 10 states and are rapidly expanding throughout the USA.

The Position

As we continue to grow, we are looking for part-time and full-time licensed clinical social workers to work with the adult and geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. Our psychotherapy positions can include:

Qualifications

• Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in the state.
• A completed masters in social work.
