Our servers assist with all aspects of the dining room operation in accordance with company standards with a goal to of meeting or exceeding residents’ dining expectations.

Qualifications:

· High School education or GED.

· Kitchen/dining room-related experience preferred.

· Must demonstrate a positive, cheerful attitude.

This position requires applicant to have:

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

· Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

· Prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.

· Possess skills to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and other customers.

· Be punctual with a good attendance record.

General Duties:

· Maintain high quality food standards.

· Be familiar with weekly menu.

· Prepares dining room for meals.

· Follow service etiquette. Is polite and cheerful when greeting and serving residents.

· Be sensitive to and meet the needs of resident, following through with their requests.

· Develop and maintain good working relationship with all employees.

· Establish positive relationships with residents, guests, and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
