Job Description
The Customer Care Rep interacts with customers via telephone or email to assist with a variety of customer inquiries and issues in a centralized customer service environment. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally, ensuring questions are answered accurately and issues are resolved and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Troubleshoot account problems and resolve other general inquiries over the phone to maximize the customer experience
Demonstrate functional skill in communicating via email, utilizing basic account information pertaining to the customer
Process customer orders and issue credits accurately and in a timely manner
Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and email on a daily basis, writing sample order requests and special orders when necessary
Work independently and escalates issues as appropriate
Regular and consistent punctual attendance is required. Must be available to work Monday - Friday, with shifts ranging from 7:00 am start to 5:00 pm finish
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent

• 0-6 months of customer service, call center, or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service/related experience

• SalesForce experience a plus
