Vistar Eye Center is looking for dynamic individuals to grow with the company!
Responsibilities include making appointments, checking in patients, ensuring demographics, insurance, financial information, and daily balancing is correct. Keeping patients informed about their appointments and rescheduling appointments when a doctor’s schedule dictates necessary. Travel is required based on office need.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- In this position you must enjoy working with people, able to multi-task, read, interpret, and apply policies and procedures while demonstrating strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Travel is required.
Qualifications:
- Computer proficiency
Education:
- Graduation for an accredited High School or equivalent
- Course in medical terminology preferred
Experience:
- One year of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting
