Vista has a global reach with operational hubs across the globe and an expert workforce of over 4,000 aviation professionals.

Due to the growth of the business, we are looking for a NetSuite Administrator. As a part of our global team, you will provide ongoing systems and technical support.

Vista integrates a unique portfolio of companies offering asset-free services to cover all key aspects of business aviation: guaranteed and On Demand global flight coverage; aircraft leasing and finance; and cutting-edge aviation technology.

Working with the wider business, you will have strong understanding of ERP systems, and business areas including billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit and reporting.

• Overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation and testing.
• Supporting data import process and migration.
• Maintaining NetSuite updates.
• Creating configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the business needs.
• Provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system.
• You will be familiar with the NetSuite dashboard and can provide users with relevant reports and KPIs.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration.
• Prior experience with NetSuite CRM and eCommerce
• Extensive experience as a business systems analyst.
• Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification will be an advantage.

This role requires being authorized to work in the United States.
