We are looking for an EDI Specialist to join the Customer Experience team for the Outdoor Performance platform. The Outdoor Performance strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with power brands, and invest inward.

The Customer Experience team will be part of the Global Commercial organization and will drive growth in the Outdoor Performance business by winning customers and channels while finding efficiency in a consolidated commercial management structure.

As the EDI Specialist, you will facilitate the electronic exchange of data across the Outdoor Performance Platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that the EDI systems are set up and functioning correctly to enable seamless communication and data transfer.

This includes mapping data fields, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to implement and maintain EDI processes.

This position reports to the Customer Experience Operations Manager and is based in Logan, Utah.

As the EDI Specialist, you will have the opportunity to :

• Design and develop a system for the exchange of information.
• Set up systems for new partners.
• Update and improve interactions with existing partners.
• Use EDI mapping tools and cross-reference tables.
• Design, code, test, and debug programs.
• Works with APIs and applications consuming APIs.
• Analyze user requirements and propose IT solutions based on knowledge of existing infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Monitor daily electronic information exchange and alerting issues.

You have :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related IT degree.
• 1 to 3 years of experience working with EDI technologies.
• General knowledge of networking protocols and web architecture.
• Solid understanding of EDI standards and practices EDIFACT, XML.
• Basic understanding of relational database structures SQL, Oracle databases.
• Rest API, UNIX shell scripting, Linux, PERL.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, EDI comprehension, and Internet-based product navigation.

Pay Range : $20.63 - $29.09

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills / achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
