Job Description Federal Ammunition is seeking a Configuration Analysis to perform basic configuration management tasks, including evaluation and construction of multi-level bill of materials (BOM), analyze and execute raw material and spare part item requests, and support systems management in multiple document control, quality management, and data engineering environments for ammunition. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with professional setting in mind. 2 years’ experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or related systems. Highly motivated and proven experience with data input. Follows and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures. Cross functional training within department. Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Superior follow-through, critical thinking skills, and diligence. Demonstrates a positive attitude, initiative, creativity, and flexibility. Effective time management and resource utilization skills. Self-driven, motivated, and proactively seeking new tasks and challenges. Drive user adoption through training initiatives. Ability to solve complex issues. Documentation of system requirements. Facilitate/coordinate training activities. Lead projects as needed. Working knowledge of ERP systems Experience in working and collaborating with multiple business sectors. Creates system specifications that drive system development and implementation. PLM experience Working knowledge of product manufacturing processes 2 Year AAS degree and/or equivalent PLM experience ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Fundamental duties necessary to achieve the objective of the position.) Provide support to Lead PLM Administrator Manage day to day user interaction/support. Assist with PLM and ERP implementation & design. Support preparation and maintenance of job guides and business process flows. Participate as a team member for PLM and ERP activities and projects as required. Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with workable solutions. Facilitate preparing operating procedures and job guides as required. Participate as required in other department activities and projects. Adhere to all department and company policies, practices, and procedures. Observes all department and Company safety and housekeeping rules. Performs other duties as the need is apparent or as assigned. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION (Knowledge, skills, and abilities currently used to perform essential functions.) Equipment Used: Telephone, calculator, personal computer, copy machine, scanner. ADDITIONAL DESIREABLE QUALIFICATIONS Proficient with Visio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Notebook, & Adobe. Knowledge of, and experience with Product Bill of Material creation and maintenance.
