Job Summary:

As a RN - Registered Nurse – Telemetry, you will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education of assigned patients.

• Administer urgent care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
• Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Assess the psychological, social, and emotional needs of patient’s family/significant others
• Comply with CLIA Standards
• Maintain accurate patient medical records

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse in Illinois.
• Associates in Nursing, BSN preferred.
• CPR certification.
