TASKS OF THE POSITION
• Lead accreditation/re-accreditation (COA) process and helps to ensure that when standards change, it is communicated and assist in ensuring completion of changes/updates required including policy review, accreditation timeline management, site visit coordination, and documentation submission
• Facilitate COA work groups during accreditation phase and post to ensure maintenance of standards
• Supports all agency policy maintenance, lead Standards Committee
• Provide contract administrative support in preparation, administration, and closeout of contract actions
• Create process and monitor status of contracts ahead of renewal to ensure necessary documentation and assessments have been secured
• Promote the use of data to drive decision making, data quality, and process improvement

Required:
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy skills, proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Effective time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and provide direct support as needed
• Ability to work collaboratively across programs and support service departments
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of staff and clients
Preferred:
• Demonstrated knowledge of Council on Accreditation (COA)
• Familiarity with reading and synthesizing technical information, identifying trends related to contract compliance
