We are currently looking to add 1 more representative to our call center here in West Springfield. Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays.

Job duties include:

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Work with the newest technology platforms and Chatgpt
• Customer Service
• Manage sales reps schedules
• Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
• We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes an hourly rate and bonus opportunities.

Must be dependable, have a great phone voice, and have a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
