PROGRAM
The Vista Hill Learning Assistance Center Program and Mental Health Contracts Program are teams of therapists, behavioral rehabilitation staff, and psychiatrists who provide comprehensive treatment and work in a seamless and integrated manner at school locations with teachers, school counselors and administrators. Clinical staff address school related issues and help students succeed with academics, social interactions, and improve family relationships. We have openings in Escondido and Ramona. These are both full time, Monday- Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
POSITION
The Clinician is responsible for the clinical integrity, assessment, planning and delivery of mental health services to the student and family. She/he assures that all provided services, program documentation, and billing are consistent with company policies and various county and community contracts and any federal, state, county, and district requirements. Open to alternate schedules/part-time.
PAY
$31 for Registered
$35 for Licensed
These are starting rates and may be adjusted up based on education and experience.
Current Vista Hill employees in these job titles for 2024 are paid:
$31 – $35 for Registered; and
$35 - $38 for Licensed
BENEFITS
Employees working over 30 hours a week receive employer-paid benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off (vacation and sick leave), paid holidays, employer-paid retirement contribution and clinical supervision (if applicable). Some programs qualify for student loan forgiveness programs.
Employees who work less than 30 hours a week do not qualify for healthcare benefits.
