Per Diem Nurse Practitioner position available with Vista Del Mar Medical Group in Ventura County covering dialysis clinics in Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura and Santa Paula to provide dialysis rounds and perform annual history and physicals for dialysis patients. The candidate must be organized and a self-starter. The position requires flexibility in scheduling between Monday-Wednesday-Friday and Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday shifts, including early morning and evening hours. Job responsibilities include assisting nephrologists to monitor lab results, reinforce dietary restrictions, manage dry weight, and monitor blood pressure during weekly rounds. Annual history and physicals are completed with patients while on dialysis. This job requires driving between dialysis clinics; mileage is reimbursed. Candidate must possess current NP license in California and national certification through either American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Dialysis nursing experience preferred, but not required. New Grads are welcome to apply.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
