Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, or casual shifts available
Pay: $17.44 - $20.39/hour average AND a 90-day pay increase! 
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living according to unique care plans
  • Accompany clients on recreation and leisure activities
  • Assist in behavioral and personal care services
  • Implement individual plans as written
  • Increase independence in the community
  • Ability to understand and implement a variety of Community Support Plans and Individual Service Plans per client outcomes and goals
  • Ability to track and chart data daily in line with company expectations
  • Attend, assist, and engage in team meetings as needed
  • Maintain communication with managers and supervisors
  • Complete assigned trainings within required time
  • Other related job duties as requested
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with individuals of varying needs and diagnoses
  • CPR and First Aid certification

Physical Demands:

  • Walk, stand, and engage in continuous physical activities during cleaning, maintenance, and outdoor tasks.
