This is a consistent Full time opportunity for a Physical Therapist to perform treatments, evaluations, and re-evaluations in residential settings in Worcester and the surrounding area.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the lives of patients by providing Physical therapy services in the comfort and convenience of their own homes. You will also be a part of a team of professionals working together to meet the needs of patients and their families.
Clinicians are responsible for:
- Developing and implementing treatment plans that focus on restoring, maintaining, and promoting the patient’s physical health
- Assessing home environment to ensure safety and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needs
- Providing patient and caregiver education
Base rate: $50-$60/visit
Mileage reimbursement: .62/mile
Requirements
Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.
- Candidates must have MA Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist.
- COVID- 19 vaccination is required of our staff.
