Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Create a safe and comfortable environment for clients, promoting their independence and quality of life.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interactions to enhance their overall well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided and any observations or concerns.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and family members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
- Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

Pay: From $17.55 per hour
