Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey is Hiring an Unit Coordinator, Monmouth and Burlington EISCU Near Holmdel, NJ

Overview:

Responsible for the Oversite and Supervision of the Monmouth & Burlington County EISCU.

Responsibilities:

Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers.
Provides supervision of the Monmouth & Burlington County EISCU.

Provide direct supervision to EI Burlington Co Manager; including, assistance and oversight with all reporting, budgeting, and staff concerns.
Acts as a liaison between local, regional and state agencies serving children with special needs of all ages.
Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance.

Qualifications:

MSW or RN (BSN preferred)
5 years of experience in Early Intervention
Leadership/management experience
Experience with maternal child, pediatric health and community-based health care preferred
Strong computer and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to manage others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
