We are currently looking for a Physical Therpaist to join our team on a per diem basis. This position would be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to homecare patients in Newark, Livingston, Millburn and Short Hills as needed.

- Monitors quality and appropriateness of services provided
- Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies
- Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance

- Physical Therapy Licensure in NJ required
- 2-3 years of prior clinical experience and community based experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid NJ drivers license
