Position Summary: Provides home health care to patients and families that focuses on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining or restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness or disability. Supervises LPN’s and HHA’s. Experience Preferred
• Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
