Position Summary: Provides therapeutic care to patients and families that focuses on restoring, promoting or maintaining function and minimizing the effects of illness or disability. Experience Preferred
• Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
• Home Care experience prefered

This is a 24-32 hour role covering Milton, Dorchester, Quincy and bordering towns. Hours are 8-4:30 Monday - Friday (flexible days) with a weekend and holiday rotation.
