As the Schedule Coordinator, you will be responsible for the scheduling and matching of our caregivers to our clients. This position requires someone who can multi-task, be flexible, personable and responsible. Your organizational skills are critical here, thinking outside the box helps. POSITION PURPOSE: The Schedule Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of services between clients and caregivers for the implementation of schedules, adequate staffing and continuity of care to best meet the needs of the clients.
The hours of work are ~~Hours 8:30am - 5pm Mon-Fri.~~ and will be responsible for the On-Call telephone one week every 6 weeks ( this provides $350 in extra pay).
Our ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, home care experience, detail-oriented and extremely reliable with professional demeanor and very good organization and phone etiquette. Experience in the health care field is required: home health, non-medical home health, assisted living, nursing home, etc. Experience in scheduling is preferred. Our business is bigger and better than ever and we need to hire the best to keep it that way.
