Job Description: As the Regional Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and administrative functions. You will oversee a variety of tasks, including scheduling, billables for clients and caregivers, and customer service, while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for both staff and clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling of caregivers, managing phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
  • Coordinate client care schedules and ensure timely assignment of caregivers based on client needs and preferences.
  • Maintaining open communication between schedulers and directors.
  • Oversee and maintain accurate records of employee hours.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office management or administration, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency and experience with scheduling software is preferred.
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of home care industry practices (preferred but not required)

Pay: $68,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
