America's leader in home care for seniors is looking for a Client Care Coordinator/Scheduler. We are seeking an individual with exceptional communication, customer service (experience in a healthcare office related setting) and organizational skills for an exciting opportunity with a growing company. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet new customers
• Assist with interviewing new care providers
• Answer the telephone in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process caregiver applications, check references, check background screening results.
• Schedule caregiver staff for hours of service on new clients and open hours/shifts on existing cases.
• Maintain required documentation for all caregivers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Take rotating on-call duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Two years experience in an office setting, preferably healthcare or home health.
• Excellent customer service skills (in an office setting)
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Experience using scheduling or staffing software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AHCA regulations is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to pass a Florida Level-2 background screening
