Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facility, ensuring a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment for all.

Responsibilities:

- Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Maintain gardens by planting, pruning, and watering as needed
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks to enhance the overall appearance of the property
- Operate hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Irrigate lawns and plants as required
- Ensure proper upkeep of all outdoor areas

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and practices
- Ability to operate both hand tools and power tools proficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat and organized outdoor space
- Physical stamina to handle various tasks including lifting and bending
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset
