Visiting Angels is Hiring a Client Care Coordinator Near Lowell, AR

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Client Care Coordinator to join our team. The Client Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our home health care services, including backup scheduling/staffing, client supervisory visits, assisting with marketing efforts, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Backup Scheduling/Staffing: Assist in coordinating schedules for our team of caregivers to ensure optimal coverage for our clients. Step in to manage scheduling in case of emergencies or absences.
  • Client Supervisory Visits: Conduct regular visits to clients' homes to assess their needs, evaluate the quality of care provided by our caregivers, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Assist with Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to promote our services, attract new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and referral sources.
  • State Compliance: Stay up-to-date with state regulations and ensure that our operations comply with all applicable laws and guidelines. Maintain accurate records and documentation to demonstrate compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the home health care industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of state regulations related to home health care services is a plus.
  • Preferred background in social work or office management.
