Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercise

- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

- Offer medication reminders and monitor medication intake

- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social outings

- Engage in conversation, activities, and hobbies to promote social interaction

- Observe and report any changes in health or behavior to supervisors

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a professional caregiver (preferred)

- Excellent communication skills and a caring, patient demeanor

- Physically capable of assisting with personal care and mobility needs

- Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and fall prevention

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Background check and references required
