>>>Must have a current Oregon driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

>>>At least 1 year of caregiving experience
>>>Having experience in Memory Care/Alzheimer's/Dementia is a plus!
>>>Having a CNA certification (or prior experience as a CNA) is a plus!
>>>We require our caregivers to use PPE (will be provided), for your safety and those of our clients.

Duties:

• Charting and entering notes using a smartphone app
• Providing companionship, home making and personal care services to clients
• Administering medication services, under RN delegation
• Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
• Maintaining confidentiality regarding client's private information

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
