We are looking for Data Entry/Vaccination Coordinators to provide excellent client support at our pop-up vaccination sites in San Francisco Bay area and San Jose area. The right candidates are expected to provide quality and professional customer service that consistently meets and exceeds company standards.

Location: San Francisco and San Jose area

Settings: Long Term Care facilities and Mobile Units

Type: Part-time PRN

Shift: 4 to 6 pop-ups a month, 6-8 hour shifts

Requirements:

• Available to work Saturdays
• Travel within 60 miles required.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Excellent leadership skills
• Knowledgeable in infection prevention and control practices
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable

Responsibilities

• Maintains database by entering new and updated client information.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
• Responding promptly to clients' inquiries.
• Coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support.
• Help on-site clients in filling out forms and navigating the site.
