The Role:

A Visionworks Assistant Manager is the very face of our business. Some supervisory or management experience is necessary. Optical experience is helpful, but not required – we will make sure you are knowledgeable about eyeglasses, vision insurance, and our services.

• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that help them look and see great!
• Open and/or close the store – keyholder responsibilities
• Take measurements to ensure proper-fitting and great-looking eyewear.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities including supervising other associates, making bank deposits, answering the phone, maintaining the merchandise, and dispensing products.

Qualifications:

• Some supervisory or management experience is required.
• Optical experience is helpful, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent job-related experience
