Compensation: $17.5-$20 per hour to startemployment type: Full-Time and part time 

Adolescent Treatment Center in Mar Vista seeking Program Aides / Technicians to work overnight (Weekdays and weekends) shifts from 12:00am to 8:00am (note: other shifts may be available based on previous treatment experience ). 
The ideal candidate is someone who is detailed and has a desire to help facilitate change in teens headed down the wrong path. He or she would also have a good sense of humor and can be flexible to changes during the shift when things don't go "perfectly". We are a hard-working team but we also have a great time. 
General Job Duties:
The primary job is to keep the clients safe and comfortable as possible.
Facilitates clients daily activities in residential treatment, clients are being treated for various mental health issues and/or drug and alcohol treatment.
Transports clients in company vehicles to doctor appts, and nightly activities. (typically day shift).
Observes and monitors clients' behavior and document observations, and assists with the supervision of medication protocols.
Communicates client interaction with therapists and treatment providers and helps clients get the best care possible.
Conducts UA drug screen collection when directed, following appropriate procedures.

Making sure the facility is organized and clean. 

Details:
We start at $19.00 per hour and typically promote from within. There is room for flexibility depending on experience 
Must be able to pass a drug screening and an extensive background check.
Valid Drivers License Required.
Tuesday afternoon we have a mandatory staff meeting at 2pm. 
If you have EVER been arrested for ANYTHING it may slow the hiring process down 3-6 months. You will not be able to work shifts until it is cleared.
