Visions of Washington is seeking a full or part-time optical / technician assistant or part-time Optician for our Kirkland location - Bartlett Eye Clinic. We are committed to exceeding our patient's expectations in every interaction. Experience is preferred, but may consider training the right candidate. Your typical work days will be Monday-Friday.

If you desire part time, the benefits package will differ.

Office hours: 9-6 Mon-Thurs, Fri 9-1

Main responsibilities include:

• General knowledge of eye wear and ophthalmic lenses.
• Assist patients with frame and ophthalmic lens selection.
• Ability to measure parameters related to eyewear.
• Dispensing, adjusting and minor repair of eyewear.
• Maintain frame inventory
• Mange organization of invoices
• Provide excellent customer service
• Effective team player.
• General knowledge of insurance as related to frames/lenses or willingness to learn.
