Adolescent Treatment Center seeking Program Aides / Technicians to work overnight shifts from 12:00 am to 12:00 pm (note: Other shifts may be available based on prior industry experience and availability ).

General Job Duties:
The primary job is to keep the clients as safe and comfortable as possible. Our clients are being treated for various mental health issues and/or drug and alcohol treatment.

• Facilitates clients' daily activities in residential treatment.
• Transports clients in company vehicles to doctor appts, and nightly activities. (typically day shift)
• Observes and monitor clients' behavior and document observations in EMR system (Kipu)
• Assists with supervision of medication protocols.
• Communicates client interaction with the clinical team to ensure our clients get the best care possible.
• Conducts UA drug screen collection when directed, following appropriate procedures

The ideal candidate is someone who is detailed and has a desire to help facilitate change in teens headed down the wrong path. He or she would also have a good sense of humor and can be flexible to changes during the shift when things don't go "perfectly". We are a hard working team but we also have a great time.

Details:
We start at $19.50 per hour and typically promote from within.
We are a drug free work place and candidates will be subject to a pre-employment drug screening.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Valid Drivers License Required
3- 12 hour shifts are considered full time.
We have a mandatory staff meeting weekly.

If you have EVER been arrested for ANYTHING it may slow the hiring process down 3-6 months. You will not be able to work shifts until you recieve your Live Scan clearance.
