Warehouse Clerk will maintain the organization of warehouse inventory and supplies while keeping the warehouse orderly and clean. This is a safety sensitive position.

Duties/Responsibilities

· Store and organize goods and verify the count of all items received.

· Assists with preparation and loading of materials on trucks before they depart the facility and assists with unloading trucks as needed.

· Notifies supervisor of any issues or problems with inventory.

· Communicate with employees and contractors

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Ability to accurately sort, count and verify items.

· Basic understanding of material needed for telecommunications construction

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

· Authorized to work in the United States

· Valid driver’s license

Computer Literate

Education and Experience

· High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

· Must be able to traverse warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.

· Must be able to lift 35 pounds at a time

· Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and loading area.

· Must have visual acuity to inspect equipment and identify defects.

· Must be able to hear well enough to receive verbal instructions from a distance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
