At Vision Scapes, we are looking for a full-time team member to join our leading hardscape installation team.
We have an incredible customer base and countless new hardscape projects on deck! We want to add you to that team to create and make our customer’s vision a reality, transforming their outdoor space.
We take pride in our work and equip our crew with up-to-date and modern equipment to help make your job easier and more enjoyable.
A few primary tasks for this role include but are not limited to:

• Install boulders, rocks, and pavers to landscapes.

• Carpentry and some woodworking

• Operate as a bobcat, skid loader, or forklift

• Operate handheld power tools such as a saw or blower

• Lawn remediation and repair during job clean up

• Work outside in varying weather conditions.

• Shovel, plow, and remove snow.

Prior hardscape experience is not required. A desire to work outside and show up with a positive attitude is! Attention to details and pride in your work are important to us as we like to treat each hardscape install project as if it was for a friend or relative.
Starting wages range from $14 - $18 per hour (depending on experience).:

• Medical, Dental and Vision available after 30 days

• IRA matching up to 3% available after you have earned $5000.00.

• PTO days given after 30 and 90 days resetting January 1 annually

• Holiday pay after 90 days

• Year round work available
