Vision Financial Markets LLC is Hiring a Client Services Team Lead Near Stamford, CT

Vision Financial Markets LLC (“Vision”) is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) as a self‐clearing securities broker‐dealer, which provides clearing and settlement, execution services and custody. Vision provides wholesale execution and clearing services to other brokerdealers, professional market participants, investment advisors, and large traders. Vision is a clearing participant of the Depository Trust company and the Options Clearing Corporation. Vision provides full clearing and order‐entry technology and support.

High Ridge Futures LLC is a privately held, global introducing brokerage firm keenly focused in the areas of managed futures, online platform and API access, as well as custom‐tailored futures and options execution services. We support the trading, hedging and asset management needs of a worldwide client base of institutions, corporations, foundations, family offices and individual investors.

Position Title: Client Services Team Lead

Location: Stamford, CT

Compensation: Competitive

Overview: Seeking a highly motivated individual who can work closely with others and provide exceptional customer support to a wide range of clients. The ideal candidate will learn quickly, be able to adapt to a constantly changing and fast‐paced environment and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. This position is responsible for futures and securities customer service and maintaining customer account information as required by industry compliance standards. This position will also be responsible for day-to-day management of a small team.

Job:

  • Answer incoming customer calls regarding platform issues, account changes and general client concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive relationship with every client.
  • Update customer information in multiple back office databases.
  • Establish and improve firm procedures to create a more effective and efficient work environment.
  • Engage in available training and education programs to maintain current status on policies, procedures and risk awareness.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of financial services industry experience preferable.
  • Working knowledge of futures and/or securities business.
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work individually and within a team.
  • Independent ability to research issues and follow through to solve problems.
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail‐oriented work ethic.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • FINRA Series 7 or willingness to obtain within first six months
