Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and address customer needs with a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
- Uphold a strong work ethic, dedicated to success every day.
- Greet boat club members and guests warmly upon their arrival.
- Conduct pre- and post-rental inspections on boats to ensure safety and quality.
- Provide information and answer questions about rental procedures and general boating inquiries.
- Skillfully present our products and services to potential clients.
- Execute operations safely and efficiently to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
- Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in boating and customer service preferred.
- Availability to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Salary: $16.00 per hour
