• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Recording Operator and oversee data recording stations to gather information from users at our New York branch.

Job Description:

• Providing guidance to users on software interaction according to established procedures
• - Resolving minor technical issues
• - Managing multiple stations and users concurrently
• - Documenting daily recording activities
• - Sending appointment reminders and enrolling new users
• - Performing administrative tasks

Requirements:

• - Proficient in English
• - Excellent typing skills with high accuracy
• - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• - Strong instructional abilities
• - Excellent interpersonal skills
• - Analytical and organized mindset
• - Basic technical aptitude.
• - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• - Availability for at least five shifts per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
