INVENTORY SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR needed, part or full time.

The Inventory Systems Integrator will assist the Chief Technology Officer to manage information technology (IT) systems for the restaurants and will serve as a liaison between the Corporate Office and the Restaurant Operations. They will research, develop all restaurant related technological systems and help with the integration, training and maintenance of those systems.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Available for day-to-day support for all restaurants for Toast and 365 (if any new technology systems added those also)
• Works with Chief Technology Officer to develop, maintain and supports staff on the various computers and restaurant information software programs and systems of the organization.
• This includes but not limited to POS, Inventory and Accounting systems.
• Responsible to assist in maintaining data integrity and integration of the systems. These include updating new revenue items, Comp & Discount items, payroll codes, tax codes and new inventory item updates.
• Responsible for inputting recipe ingredients, calculation of plated costs and maintaining the menu engineering reports.
• In addition to assisting the Chief Technology Officer, they will be the direct support for all the restaurant managers and their computer/software training and assistance.
• Work with Director of Operations and GM’s for all restaurant system’s needs
• Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare system status reports.
• Trains employees on the systems as needed.
• Small routine accounting tasks like accounts payables invoices.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
• Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
• Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
• Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, Toast and 365 and any other systems needed.

SCHEDULE is Monday-Thursday with possible Fridays. Full time or part time hours, depending on the right candidates needs.
