Job Description and Responsibilities

The VIK delivery director will be responsible for enabling organisation to scale up to meet new aggressive growth agenda for VIK, having a strategic role in :

  • Working directly with VIK Strategy Director and implement the VIK strategic approach
  • Ensuring credible plans are provided by Cluster at Client level, moving more accountability from the VIK Champions and delivery functions to individual Account Executives who are responsible for ensuring in capacity planning with the delivery functions, ensuring the right mix of VIK delivery and margin maximisation.
  • Analysing and deep diving on execution plans on each cluster
  • Coordinate process improvement projects, driving ops improvement through an aggressive agenda as strategy

VIK delivery Director will be the bridge between VIK FBP, Clusters and Functions. In this way the VIK FBP will focus in tracking and reporting of VIK performance from finance perspective whilst VIK Delivery Director will focus on driving the required trends from business perspective.

What we expect of you, day to day.

  • Drive through VIK Strategy implementation by :
  • Ensuring the right mix of products and services are delivered
  • Deviations from Client VIK strategy will be identified and reported to Strategy Director
  • Removing delivery roadblocks
  • Ensuring successful and timely delivery of VIK products and services as per plan
  • Build out and maintain robust VIK capacity planning
  • Supporting AEs to proactively manage the Client VIK delivery planning
  • Analysing and deep diving on execution plans on each cluster
  • Drive the right mix of VIK delivery and margin maximisation
  • Focus on detailed delivery plans for Top 10 VIK Clients and quarterly performance reviews with action plans in place
  • Coordinating and project managing key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery : cluster FBPS, VIK Champs, cluster delivery leads and cluster AEs

Breadth of experience across commercial negotiations & business development with client focus, as well as demonstrating extensive executive engagement experience

Results oriented with very strong analytical, consultative and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor

Ability to communicate at all levels with both internal and external leaders to build consensus and influence Visas negotiating position

Good knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines

Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Able to advise, coach and mentor within the team and beyond (where required)

Experience in payments, retail banking, or retail merchant industries

Experience in planning, organizing, and managing programme activity across a diverse cross-functional team Additional Information
