Job Description
  • Lead the strategy of all Visa’s ethics and compliance learning curriculum, ensuring consistent and effective global operation of Visa’s compliance training program.

  • Manage in partnership with Visa University the delivery, scheduling, recordkeeping, and metrics of compliance trainings to a global workforce, including the annual mandatory annual compliance training to all Visa employees and contingent staff.

  • Partner closely with policy/program managers, Visa University and Employee Communications to help develop creative, engaging, customized training content and communications.

  • Provide strategic direction in creating compliance awareness solutions that meet policy and regulatory requirements and provide meaningful and memorable experiences.

  • Deliver live trainings to key audiences on a variety of compliance topics, and provide support for other compliance programs as needed.

  • Use analytics to ensure overall training program effectiveness.

  • Lead the development and implementation of training policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support delivery and administration of trainings.

  • Help develop and manage annual Compliance Communications plan, ensuring timely deliverables and high-quality content. Lead marquis projects such as “Ethics in Action”.

  • Coordinate project workstreams to ensure timely input from stakeholders for subject matter expertise and approval process.

  • Draft engaging and relevant content for articles and reminders on select compliance topics to raise employee awareness. Communications will be posted on the intranet or internal communications channels and must align with Corporate Communications standards.

  • Assist with internal and external audit intakes and requests for training completions.

  • Assist with facilitating M&A compliance training onboarding.

  • Manage relevant SharePoint sites.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 113,100.00 to 164,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
