Job Description:

We are seeking energetic and skilled Kids Yoga Instructors who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives through the practice of yoga. Instructors will lead classes in various locations around the Puget Sound, following our unique philosophy and structured curriculum. This position offers a flexible schedule, particularly heavy during the spring and summer months, with a hybrid format to accommodate both in-person and virtual sessions as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct yoga classes for children according to VirWave OAM, Inc.'s philosophy and class structure.

- Engage and inspire children of various ages to participate in yoga practices, promoting physical and emotional wellbeing.

- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs and abilities of students, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

- Collaborate with the VirWave OAM team to schedule classes at different locations, maintaining flexibility to accommodate both the instructor's and the company's scheduling needs.

- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay aligned with the company's philosophy.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Yoga Instructor, with specific experience in teaching children preferred.

- Yoga certification from a recognized institution.

- Ability to create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment for children.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with children, parents, and team members.

- Flexible schedule, with availability to teach at various locations around the Puget Sound, particularly during the spring and summer months.

- Must be able to work in a hybrid format, including in-person and virtual classes as required.

Compensation:

- Base pay of $25 per class, plus a 20% commission for every student in the class.
