QA Lead Hybrid from Windsor CT

We are seeking a skilled QA Lead with a minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role or working autonomously.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience working in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to create test cases, execute tests, and report bugs.
• Basic understanding of Java code
• Experience in automation using Java Selenium with TestNG
• Proficiency in database testing with large datasets (including data comparison using MS Excel/MS Access)
• Strong knowledge of BDD/TDD methodologies
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Onsite Hybrid expectation from Windsor CT
