The project manager/skilled tradesperson with Virtus Construction is a role that requires some hands-on ability. There can be a good deal of on-the-job learning with the wide range of what we do, but the ideal candidate will have some hands-on experience with general maintenance and/or construction trade tasks.

Ultimately, the role will consist of more project management, where the ideal candidate for this role will be comfortable coordinating with subcontractors, estimating scope and material/labor costs, and managing with the requisite level of detail to manage a project from beginning to completion.

We are a small team, so each team member's contributions are noticed and valued. A good fit with our team will be flexible and open to learning, and ready to hustle.

This role will begin with a probationary period where we'll involve you in some of the maintenance and general construction activities we perform in the field. Once we have a better understanding of your ability, we'll review after this probationary period and formulate a plan/path for your success.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
