FINRA series 6 and / or 26 licenses preferredOne year of experience in customer service or sales-related occupationsKnowledge of insurance products, sales processes, and state / local laws related to product featuresAbility to understand general aspects of plans / contracts and utilize technology effectively in customer interactions
