VOA's comprehensive training program is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the specialized field of IV admixture.
Responsibilities:

• Participate in rigorous training sessions covering all aspects of IV admixture processes.
• Learn and adhere to strict guidelines outlined in USP 797 and USP 800 procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Benefit from our commitment to employee development by having certifications in sterile, compounding (IV), and chemotherapy compounding (IV) fully sponsored. Additionally, certified employees will receive extra compensation as recognition for their dedication and expertise.
• Gain hands-on experience with electronic inventory management systems, mastering the tools necessary for efficient workflow and accurate record-keeping.
• Engage in clinical research trials conducted by our organization, contributing to groundbreaking advancements in pharmaceutical science.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Three to five years experience in a pharmacy with IV skills preferred
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certificate or State Pharmacy Board perferred
• Willing to travel between offices as needed
