Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Load materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with the machine or production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including knowledge of logic controllers
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements using tools such as micrometers
