The Virginia Talent Accelerator Program is seeking energetic and engaging, part-time instructors with skills and expertise in developing and facilitating leadership, professional development and operational excellence content. Operated by the Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP), the Virginia Talent Accelerator Program provides fully customized talent acquisition and development solutions at no cost to qualified new and expanding companies as an incentive for job creation.
If you love to facilitate, this position offers a rare and exciting opportunity to help a wide variety of companies, from small manufacturers to major technology companies, mold the culture of their new Virginia operations. Hours will vary based on client schedules, but we maintain a small pool of professionals in this role, so there is flexibility to work around your schedule. This position does not carry benefits, and instructors must be willing to travel to client locations throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, and occasionally to client locations outside Virginia.
