Our client, a large financial institution, is seeking a Administrative Support Specialist to join their team.
Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay Range: $20/hr
Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for reviewing and approving incoming and outgoing money movement transactions from brokerage accounts, including checks and Automated Clearing House (ACH). Also responsible for depositing checks and approving checks deposited remotely.
Required:
Banking or related field (familiarity with check deposits)
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in any capacity with a brokerage firm or other financial institution is preferred, but not mandatory.
