Qualifications: QMHP must have a bachelor’s degree in a related human services field and 1-year experience working with adults or children with a mental health diagnosis. QMHP-A MUST be registered with the board of counseling. MCR training certificate preferred.Position also requires training/certification in behavior management, successful completion of criminal history and central registry background investigation and certified in CPR and First Aid. A valid Virginia Driver’s License and good driving record are also requirements for employment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Respond to referral source and family in need of services within 24 hours of receiving referral.

· Implement individualized service plans with client

· Attend all scheduled staff meetings and trainings.

· Maintain contact with supervisor and referring agency on a weekly basis to discuss updates, progress, concerns, or provide feedback.

· Implement individualized behavioral modification plans.

· Adhere to all policies and procedures and complete other tasks deemed necessary for the successful operation of services.

· Complete all required documentation which includes but is not limited to tracking of the individualized service plan and related paperwork.

· Self-sufficiency and self-management skills

· Promote the use of effective Social Skills

· Able to teach Budgeting Skills

· Family relationship building

· 24-hours on-call

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
