ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

• Daily review and documentation of remote device checks, alerts, patient enrollment and equipment requests from Merlin, Latitude, Carelink and Biotronik
• Ensures prompt provider notification of all actionable/urgent alert items.
• Timely reporting on all transmissions (both alert and scheduled) utilizing the clinic’s SOP
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and under the supervision of the Device Clinic Coordinator
• Assist patients with telephone inquiries concerning report transmission, device set-up, schedule and other device related questions.
• Respond in a timely manner to intracompany communications
• Clear the device manufacturer websites (dismissing transmissions) after completion.
• Cross train to provide Holter analysis coverage as needed.
• Perform any and all other duties directed by the Device Clinic Coordinator
